This is what happens to you when there are kids in the house.

You would never know that the little one is older... Lacey, siamese, 14 years old and Joey, 4 years old. Lacey passed away in September 2008 and Joey passed away in November 2008. I miss my little angels. They will be forever in my heart.

"What? I didn't think you would be home so soon!"

While I was home laid up Joey had to keep me company all the time.

Okay this one was not me.... Angela had to have Emma. She was also dumped at the vet's. (I know I shouldn't ever go there) She came home with us and thought she should rule the house but Lacey and Cleo had other thoughts and put her in her place...at the bottom of the totem pole.

"That was my bed." Poor Perdy is always so good with the cats. No matter what she would never push them off her dog bed.

This is my favorite picture of Lacey. She figured out how to get the microwave oven and stole a donut out of it and tried to excape but Tim caught her. She was so determined to eat the donut.

While Joey was at the vet's he was able to get out with the vet's yellow lab, Yellow Dog. Yellow Dog would carry Joey around in his mouth like a mother cat would. So Joey became Perdy's kitty. Perdy would lay down and Joey would lay with her or rub against her.

Jesse and Lacey curled up asleep together.

Jesse Aaron (spelled different and acts different) came into our lives many times before he came home with us. We loved and played with him at the veterinarians many times before he finally melted our hearts and came home with us. Jesse's first Christmas. Joey Taylor came into my heart by a trick from Duane but it was a very loving trick. Joey looked a lot like the cat I had when I was growing up, yes he is named after her. Joey was my boy and melted my heart the moment I saw him. This is first Christmas with us.

Lacey Kay came into my heart many years before she came into our lives. I have always loved siamese cats and she finally found me. Her owners had to give her up after they had her for 12 years. She came when she was called and loved food.

Cleopatra Elizabeth came to our family in June of 2002. We went to look at her kitten to adopt but she came to me and was very loving so she came home with us instead because no one else would take a grown cat.

She could be a little demon sometimes but she was very loved. Rest in Peace Jessie.

Perdy Anna came to the family in July of 1998. She was a cute little puppy and loved baby Angela. We can tell her to this day 11 years later, "go get the baby" and she still goes to find Angela.
